Little doily



I really enjoyed tatting this little doily made from a motif from a book called " Tatted Artistry "
I cut out a piece of plastic an wrapped around to get all picots same size.
 



there are two different ways to put together,  I liked this the best.

    1. Thanks, when I made one and posted it a while ago every one loved it and it was fairly easy and quick to make and with how busy I was a memorized pattern is my speed right now :)

    1. Thanks other tatters have mentioned making them out of milk jugs and so I gave it a whirl :)

    1. Of the 3 I own that is my favorite one it has the most unusual ways in it but I love the styles and want to return to do more of them.

  4. It's a beautiful piece. I know what you mean about memorized patterns. Sometimes that's all my mind can handle.

    1. Yes, at time I want to do hard patterns but others I just want the comfort of knowing what is next and not too hard :)

    1. Thanks I saw one where they attached each motif differently and it changes the look and I feel takes away the flower look.

    1. It is really not bad to make it just using the picot guage that one got over that fear I loved this and making the whole motif is realy not long to make.
