Only Rings

One shuttle tatting totally fascinates me, think I said that before. 
I ordered the pattern Here You get the whole book, but this doily is called Tatted doily.
 Direction were made for a larger size thread and I did 40 and I had to guess at the length of string spaces, I think this gave more puckers, don't mind and don't have to pin this one any more, nothing can flop around. 

I am very happy and like Fox said this is the Penultimate row.

    Fabulous fine doily. It looks like very old tatting. When was this pattern?

      I am guessing 1922 at the earliest but wonder how long the pattern was invented before it published. If you click on the "here" above it shows the magazine but no date on it.

    If you click on the here above it shows all the pictures of the patterns in the book and there is only one tatted item but I have paid more for one tatted pattern, than for the book it is 2.99 $ for whole book emailed to you!
