I saw a beaded bird, and gave it a try :)

Using felt I cut out bird shape and not knowing how it was going to turn out, and gave it a go.

 measures 3inches or 8 cemtimeters 

under-lighting to show where the beads are placed, and there is a button on the wing.

Tatted Motif

I think many have tatted this one before it is fun and easy.

Valentines Day !

I used very tiny buttons above size 4o thread
below I used regular sized buttons and size 20 thread 

Tatting lace embellishes a butterfly !

I am thrilled the way this little beauty came out!

Tatting around a machine made motif was fun :)

 With tatting done, and a little embroidery with beads, and a tuck to give it lift.

This butterfly will adorn the hair, or make a brooch.

Yes another of Teri Dusenbury's wonderful heart Patterns

I revised this pattern to one page and just a diagram above.  Her blog has the complete pattern, but pages long and great if you are new, has more detailed instructions.

Here is the heart in size 80 party done with extra small sead beads very hard to find.
