Snowflakes With Buttons, Details

The size of button can very slightly and the snowflakes that are done are closer to camera.

If you notice the one on collar is small and works with tiny 80 and 100 size thread, and the lager one is from the middle of the shirt and uses size 40 or 30 or 50   pinned out with glue makes nice ornament!

The direction are above in picture, click to enlarge.

Have a wonderful Sunday! I also added written direction below.

Start with a ring of  6ds attach to button 6ds and close ring.
Then another ring or 6ds picot 6ds.
 chain 10ds.

now a clover-  first ring is 2p2p2p2 close ring, and second ring 3ds seperated by 3ps remember join this to side rings, then last r is same as first.

Then chain down with 10 ds and join to free ring p make another two rings like at beginning and then chain 20 and make clover and 20 back down to button rings. repeat and alternate with chains with 10 double stitches and 20ds..
double stitches (ds) keep all rings by buttons the same and clovers the same. p for (picot), ring is (r) Enjoy

  1. A very pretty snowflake, thanks for sharing the stitch counts. I bought a small pack of white buttons for Jane's last TIAS. Now if I can just find where I put them, I will give this snowflake a try :)
