The Work of the little Boat

No, that is not one of those envied shuttles, it is a brooch that looks like one :)
I think that is as close as I will get to owning one.
This square is 2 inches or 5.5 cm.

Well there is more done on this last round got 4 out of 10 done.
Running out of ways to display doily :)
Well another day completed Day 4 Of, "Tat It And See"
Where tatting is a guessing game by Jane

  3. Cute little square, love the design. I sometimes put my tatting on top of my pet rabbit, but I don't think he'd take too kindly to being draped like that! It would be dangerous too as I've discovered he is capable of chewing through thread in less than 10 seconds.

  7. I love that little square! Is there any way to turn that pretty little brooch into a shuttle? If not, I think I'd wear it almost every day!

    1. Really my mind is working on it but I afraid the heat from adding another side might ruin the pretty embossing color

Pretty brooch, too :-) Nothing prevents you from attaching a bit of tatting to it, though ;-P
