Town of Farragut Artist of the Month

I got to place lots of tatted lace in the town halls display case.
There was three sections to one very large cabinet, the sequence is from left to right.

Most items you have seen on this blog.

My eldest daughter arranged the cases, and at first I thought we thought I may not have enough tatting to fill the spaces but we actually had to take some back home would you believe. These pictures were taken from my phone and hopefully they will post fine I will be going back next week to take some  pictures with camera
these are from my phone.

  3. WOW !!! I can recognise and remember many from the last few years. Will take a closer look on the desktop later to really enjoy all this eye candy. Seeing them together also gives an idea of relative sizes. Amazing body of laciness :-)

  9. What an honour, but how difficult to choose what to display and how to display in such a rigid space. Well done on all accounts.

    1. Yes my daughter really took this challenge to heart she knew tatting is mostly flat and that is the challenge you are smart to think of this😊

  12. I often ask at car boots and charity shops if they have any shuttles or tatting books and am met with blank stares. Lots of people do not know what it is anymore so your display will go a long way to informing people.
    Great.
