I finally finished the "all rings doily" and found that the winter crop looks so pretty that you might like to see this too. |
The church across the street from me has a neighborhood garden and they have a final winter crop and have even harvested some of the beautiful cabbage and above is broccoli. |
It is 70 degrees Fahrenheit here, and that is warm, but the average for October. |
My camera was not quite catching the pretty green but this is so pretty and big had to show you! |
Some pretty flowers that seem to actually look like same color. |
This flower I can't remember the name was much more magenta here it just looks red, but still pretty. |
Great doily and beautiful vegetation!

DeleteBeautiful doily, and those beautiful colours makes it look even better.
ReplyDeleteWell done.
Your vegetables look good and what a great idea to let people have a row to grow any vegetable they want.
I love it, and I think is is a great idea too.๐ผ❤๐ผ
DeleteYour beautiful tatting looks like butterflies among the cabbages! I like the idea of letting people use the garden and give back some of their produce in return.
ReplyDeleteI also had not herd of this before and it is a beautiful place too.
DeleteI like the one in the flowers best, such a good colour match.

DeleteLovely doily! I never would have thought of taking a picture with cabbage! Your pictures make a very interesting montage. I wonder why I tend to feel that tatting needs to be flat? It looks so pretty draped over something!
ReplyDeleteI agree,it does and I wanted to show off this lovely garden, yet keep the blog about tatting ha ha ha๐

Beautiful! and it looks a very little doily near the plants! I love it!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much :)
DeleteWonderful !! Love the butterfly round on the doily best. Great vegeTATion !!! We used to call them snake flowers (snakes frequented that plant, it seems) and the berries were said to be poisonous, though that didn't stop us kids from tasting a few occasionally ;-P
ReplyDeleteVery interesting didn't see any snakes there yet :)
DeleteA wonderful doily in the garden: wow!!!
