Heart Break tatting lace Fun!


I have always loved this little "heart's Desire" click for pattern by Susan K fuller this was found on Bella online.
I saw this color combination and really wanted to try it :)
I did finish that last round and started 8 it does look to be laying correctly and so I will try to make 3 repeats a day, so I can do other things.

 The pretty poppy shuttle Tally sent me,  I can't wait to give it a try, on the back it commemorates the WWII, Thank you so much I can't wait to try it.  For Tatty's blog is click Frivologic  
This is my progress with the lovely new  doily from Renulek the JS doily is size 40 and Renulek's is 80.

    Wow, what lovely tatting , colours and patterns !!!
    I Love that heart .... don’t ever remember seeing it in 2 colours. Yours is Perfect !

    I can't believe how much tatting you manage to get done. Two doilies and a heart! The Monster Doily looks fabulous, (and really big) and you still have time for another doily and a heart. I just finished Renulek's 2014 doily like 2 days ago. Awesome tatting.

    Your Heart's Desire does look good in those colors. And your two doilies look lovely. I admire you for doing such large projects!

    Your hearts desire looks lovely i like the choice of your colours they work so well together.

    Beautiful little heart and so happy your Big D is sitting properly. You tat faster and neater than I. I just need a few more years practice. Thanks for sharing.

      Thank you Bernice I think you tat the same as I because Sometimes I press the doilies and sometimes I go back over the picots (with the pointed end of shuttle) to straighten the knots and kneed the rings to where the center is at the top.

    I honestly wonder if you have blocked the big doily yet, because it looks very nice and neat. I wish my tatting were like that!

    I have not blocked it, but I have ironed it and I go back and tug on it with my fingers and straighten the picots with the point of my shuttle too!
