Afterwards will sell kits for any one that can't come.

Two Shakes of a Lambs Tail with Tatted Lace Spring Doily

My Mom used to say this term "two shakes of a Lambs tail"  to represent a short amount of time, she was raised on a farm and lambs evidently shake their tails very fast.  I did go a bit too fast and forgot a couple rings so I just added them.

Tying them on then whip stitching them down. Click below

Colors are brighter because it has been spayed with water, and blocked cause the little butterfly wings seems to want to fly anywhere and blocking with make them stay put for next round.
Have a wonderful day and Tat away :)

Tatting Lace keys and Spring Doily

I love the roses from pervious blog and they work perfectly with my Key, this key is imperfect if look closely but the roses seem to make it right!
The keys can be used like a frob, attaching to zipper pull or crochet hook, or in a necklace or decoration.

Round 9 completed of Spring Doily 2019 tat-a-long,

Working on Pattern for Keys and Spring Doily Round

Well I have been working on patterns for the different styles of keys to tat around for "Tat Days" from the Tatting Corner
This isn't the one but it will go into my collection.
The bag was made years ago, but works as a great place for all the extra keys I will have left over :)

I thought I would be stressed out with the last round and knew from picture that the tatting would increase with round 9, but I am finding that making the first 2 repeats slowly really helps and I am flying through this round nine faster than 8.

Forgive the messy area but most people don't get to see the stages of asparagus the lower ones are what you see at the store and the tall one is what keeps happening if let to keep growing!

I will use the side ones in a frying pan with Easter Dinner
they keep coming up out of the ground all summer long. will keep you posted on the growth and how pretty and fluffy the plants get.  Have a wonderful day!

Suprize Tatting Round Finish and More!

I was watching a movie and got further than I thought in 2 night!

Leaving time to play with the leave and roses from  Muskaan's "T I P S" with roses

I was fascinated with the Mimosa Knots in her leaves and gave them a try.

I didn't use as many rings to make the flowers I wanted them smaller I got plan to use the roses to decorate
the keys I make.
More on this with next post!

Racing Myself, Marking the Daily Goals

So now the Spring doily gets more interesting and I set goals with coiless pins.   If I over 8 or 7 picots in a day I will finish in by release of next round.
I love this round the numbers seem to have a good flow for my memory.

This is a little bag I started a while ago and just had to post it with the beautiful Dogwood flowers.
Havr a wonderful day🌸
