I still haven't done as well with this as I would like, in color and tatting but I really feel attracted to this and will keep trying. |
This is a free pattern available Antique Pattern Library page 20 click on colored words to above for pattern. |
I feel the yellow in the middle was not enough and so I added a set of 4 rings for the middle. |
Check out Margaret and Suzanne blog too to see there challenge projects! |
Nicely done! Is there yet a Priscilla Tatting Fan Club? We could start one!
ReplyDeleteYou know There should be cause he works are timeless! I love them all!
DeleteThe pansies in my garden at the moment are so varied that I don't think you can go wrong in a tatted version. These are lovely and will last longer than my garden ones!
ReplyDeleteYes I love the real ones too!, fall will be coming soon and we will be planting the winter pansy soon.
DeleteLovely pansies and beautiful colours, they definately will last longer than the ones in the my garden too. I like Ninetta's idea I am sure we could start a fan club between us.
ReplyDeleteWell done
Margaret
I enjoy seeing the different colors used. Sometimes the right color combination can make a pretty pattern really *pop*. Thank you also for showing the stages. I haven't studied the pattern, but I can now see how it goes together.
ReplyDeleteThank You, I know the pattern confused me cause she cut it apart to show and then you think they are done separately and they are not.
