Hina Matsuri, Empress is ready🎎



She is ready for the all girls festival in Japan
With fan and crown!

The sleaves took even more thought

And getting the crown around the ears and to be able to remove them.

Her robe ties under the are and in the back.  Above the bunny tail.

The robe is done in one swoop the sleaves are tatted separately and last pass on each sleeve is when I add it to the robe.

The pattern was made for the girl and boy children of this family above in picture. The thread size is 20, I am going to try larger thread size for parents or do another custom fitted one for parents next year😊
I have started the emperor, out fit in different colors hopefully will be done by March 3rd
