I love how it turned out. Below pictures show what I did.

then slip the stem through. |
Then attached the bows with wire to base and this help support the doily

ReplyDeleteThe hint to make the center with larger thread is a good hint, and this pattern is lovely and your tatting is perfect! Maybe another possibility to fit the stem was to tat only the circle of rings without the centre and long picots and then pass through them a ribbon, something to try. Congrats for the anniversary!
